Payment Data Encryption

Every UPI, Paytm and PhonePe transaction you initiate is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never store full card numbers or payment credentials on our own servers; the payment processor holds those details under their own security standards.

Cookie Controls

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how pages are used. You can manage cookie preferences from the settings panel in your account. Disabling analytics cookies does not affect your ability to deposit, withdraw or browse the lobby.

Account Security Layers

Your account is protected by password hashing and optional two-factor authentication sent to your registered mobile number. We log all login attempts and flag unusual access patterns — such as a new device or location — for a verification step before granting entry.

Data Retention Schedule

We keep your account data for as long as your account remains active and for the period required by applicable Indian financial regulations after closure. Once that retention window closes, your records are deleted or fully anonymised so they cannot be linked back to you.

To update your registered name, contact details or to request a full data export, log into your account and visit the Privacy section under Settings, or contact us via live chat. We process correction requests within seven working days and data export requests within 30 days.
